Description

Discover the populist inside you in this ridiculous talkshow simulator: Yell insane arguments to damage your opponents ego or damage his reputation by writing insults on twitter.

Will you win the title of biggest populist in this local multiplayer game?

How to Play

After sound configuration one of the player has to yell the sentences shown by the teleprompter to damage the ego of the other player (measured by a health bar), while the second player makes relentless twitter attacks by writing insults in a twitter box.

Roles change if either the yelling player is not loud enough or the second player managed to send enough insults to incite the masses to ask to hear his opinion about politics.

Attention: Parts of the Texts ingame are in German

You may still find it fun to yell German nonsense phrases. We all know that being rude in German is even scarier than in most other languages.

Why we did this game

Talskhow Simulator is the result of a 48 hours Game Jam about populism, sponsored by the German Federal Civic Education Agency BpB.

System Requirements

Midrange PC with microphone.

Known Issues

• First Player has an advantage. Some balancing is needed.
• Tutorial sucks - too much text.
